Usually I love the turkey and cranberry sandwiches, but this year we ate at my brother's house and took some leftovers with us, but no cranberry, so just making turkey sandwiches.

We have ham, turkey, and tamales left over. The ham and turkey I like to make into sandwiches. The tamales are delicious by themselves :)

Friday we had the traditional turkey, dressing, cranberry and cream cheese sandwiches while we took and all day ride on the Harley.  Beautiful Fall weather - cold, but we dress for the weather.  Great day - we rode 7 hours.  Saturday I made Turkey Manwiches on crusty rolls with homemade coleslaw and oven fries.  Yum!  Tomorrow I will make the Turkey Frame Broth for the Turkey Pot Pie.  This to me is the BEST leftover of them all!

OK SmartyTru, you are an answer to a prayer and here is your challenge.  I have been looking at the leftovers and so hate to waste but as far as I am concerned tomorrow is it and it hits the trash.  SO, here we go and amounts are rough estimate and might be little less (like 1/2 cup):
2 cups of dumplings (as in chicken and dumplings but no chicken)
2 cups of shoepeg corn
1 1/2 cups of turkey
couple slices of honey ham OOOPPS SCRATCH THAT - ATE IT WHILE TAKING INVENTORY LOLLL  LOLLL
1/2 of a sweet potato pie with a great traditional crust and whole pie has a great flavor
2 cups of 'better than sex" cake and sort of like a heath bar cake dessert
1 1/2 of spanish beans (sort of taco like meat but with some barbque sauce and teriyake sauce with kidney beans)
6 oz. of filet mignon

All was delicious but we have worn it out so to speak eating leftovers.  I have reused recycled and this is what is left.  So really look forward to your suggestions!!

LOL wow!!!!!!!
I grew up cooking and I have always been of the mindset if you like an item you would love it combined with another so here is what I suggest go to the store (if you have to) and get filo or pastry dough get your corning ware out and line the bottom (spray first)with  enough dough to cover the bottom take ALL your leftovers and put them in on top of the dough if you have gravy put that in on top to keep it moist if not an "instant" gravy works fine Knorrs is decent take the remaining dough and place on top and either crimp the edges with your fingers or with a fork put 3 or 4 slits in the top center so steam can escape (so you don't have a food explosion lol) and put in a 350 preheated oven for 45 minutes and poof another dinner and no more leftovers whatever isn't eaten (although I try never to throw anything away) can be discarded as it is not a good idea to keep refridgerating and reheating good luck let me know how it worked!!

I sadly didn't have a lot of leftovers this year.  We had a small turkey.  I would have loved to have had the problem of too many instead of not enough left overs.

I wanted to be done with thanksgiving leftover the day after! But my family was still enjoying the food..so we ate on it for 3 more days. My taste buds are now "turkey dead". I cant even taste it anymore! So thankful Thanksgiving only comes once a year!

We went to my mom's, so we didn't have left overs from the actual holiday. However, we made our own dinner on Sunday and ate it all by Monday night. We had turkey, yams and apples, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and cranberries on Sunday.

Turkey enchiladas...take the meat and put the actual enchilada sauce over it. Make them the normal way with the cheese and olives (or not) on top with the remainder of the sauce. Incredible!

I had roast chicken this year for the main bird. We ate out so I didn't make turkey. We have leftovers but I am using them as side dishes and building new meals around them. I intend to use every drop of them because I hate wasting food especially good food. :)
