Usually I love the turkey and cranberry sandwiches, but this year we ate at my brother's house and took some leftovers with us, but no cranberry, so just making turkey sandwiches.

Turkey noodle soup and turkey pot pie. The sandwiches are always good.

We have ham, turkey, and tamales left over. The ham and turkey I like to make into sandwiches. The tamales are delicious by themselves :)

Friday we had the traditional turkey, dressing, cranberry and cream cheese sandwiches while we took and all day ride on the Harley.  Beautiful Fall weather - cold, but we dress for the weather.  Great day - we rode 7 hours.  Saturday I made Turkey Manwiches on crusty rolls with homemade coleslaw and oven fries.  Yum!  Tomorrow I will make the Turkey Frame Broth for the Turkey Pot Pie.  This to me is the BEST leftover of them all!

OK SmartyTru, you are an answer to a prayer and here is your challenge.  I have been looking at the leftovers and so hate to waste but as far as I am concerned tomorrow is it and it hits the trash.  SO, here we go and amounts are rough estimate and might be little less (like 1/2 cup):
2 cups of dumplings (as in chicken and dumplings but no chicken)
2 cups of shoepeg corn
1 1/2 cups of turkey
couple slices of honey ham OOOPPS SCRATCH THAT - ATE IT WHILE TAKING INVENTORY LOLLL  LOLLL
1/2 of a sweet potato pie with a great traditional crust and whole pie has a great flavor
2 cups of 'better than sex" cake and sort of like a heath bar cake dessert
1 1/2 of spanish beans (sort of taco like meat but with some barbque sauce and teriyake sauce with kidney beans)
6 oz. of filet mignon

All was delicious but we have worn it out so to speak eating leftovers.  I have reused recycled and this is what is left.  So really look forward to your suggestions!!
