No matter what I ask for help with all I ever get is an abusive response. I have tried EVERYTHING and they are NEVER respectful. any suggestions for solving this problem?

One suggestion is that, if you're going to call the FC staff "abusive", you post the actual responses, (rather than a vague, subjective reaction). I've never experienced any "abusive" responses from FC staff and am unaware of anyone else who has.*

I find the below abusive. This is from the OWNER of the site and it's a load of crap. They do NOT want to help us, only profit from the hits we give their messed up website. They need to clean up their act or the site WILL fail.
The last five of your tickets have been answered by the same person, me, and I am the owner/operator of FusionCash, Inc. Rest assured there is no higher authority at this company. I'm afraid that - for whatever reason - you are not going to have a positive experience with surveys no matter what we do.
Important parts of survey-taking like crediting and disqualification are completely out of our control. They're dependent on YOUR computer, YOUR browser, YOUR demographics, and many other things that WE do not have any ability to predict or control. There are so many variables just in browser and computer configurations that there are hundreds of thousands of possible combinations. It is not possible for us (or anyone) to test them all and guarantee perfect operation 100% of the time. This is also covered in the Terms of Service which explain, at great length, our reliance on third party systems in order for you to get credited; and also why we cannot and do not guarantee credit.
All we can see is that you are being disqualified for an above-average number of surveys, compared to other FC members. Why? We don't know. There is no way to know. There is nothing we can do to change your experience since each survey is operated by a third party multinational research firm (as is standard practice for virtually all online paid surveys).
If you insist on continuing to take surveys, you will have to do so in the knowledge that, for reasons outside of our control, you may not have an ideal experience. We will not be paying you out of pocket for disqualifications nor any other failure or problem related to surveys. Further tickets requesting the same may not receive a response.

Unfortunately, and whether you believe it or not, the things you are demanding are impossible for us to accommodate, much as we'd like to.
FusionCash is not for everybody. We don't claim that it is. Based on what I can see from the logs of your account activity, you are one of the people who just can't seem to get credited for anything. We don't know why exactly this is, but for a small percentage of people, that's how it goes.

It would appear that your reaction stems more from an emotional frustration bias than actual 'abuse', (which did not occur). Perhaps you could excerpt which specific parts of the response below which were perceived as "abusive" for clarification?

Yes, it can be frustrating, but don't take it out on the support staff. I also wonder about the nature of your question in the first place. Perhaps that was what could be considered "rude".

Given the content of the FC response posted, it can be seen that the member was requesting/demanding to be compensated for DQ'd surveys/offers. After explaining that such is not something FC is responsible for, (the member apparently had submitted previous similar 'complaints' and been answered in a manner incorrectly deemed as "abusive" by a member who doesn't comprehend the actual meaning of that term), the member in question still does not comprehend taking personal responsibility for DQs.
After having read the response from the FC owner, i find that he (she?) is very respectful and is trying to address your concern in an appropriate manner. I see nothing rude about the response you were given. Perhaps you just don't like the answer or you're frustrated with the survey process? Yes, it can be frustrating, but don't take it out on the support staff. I also wonder about the nature of your question in the first place. Perhaps that was what could be considered "rude".

You guys don't know MENTAL abuse when you see it. The owner and the support staff have been giving me replies like this since I joined here and NEVER actually take the time to find out what the problem is or do anything to correct it. All they is 'that's how it is, live with it'. THAT is abuse. They are continually demeaning me in their replies to my support requests and lately they've been doing everything they can to get me to leave, which is NOT going to work. They are no better than the bullies on a school playground and that behavior doesn't cut it in the professional world. They have NO experience in customer service and if they were in my employ, such replies would result in immediate termination from their jobs. You just pat a customer on the head and tell them to 'deal with it'. You take action and correct the problem or compensate the customer in some way for their trouble. FusionCash does none of that and if I were you, I'd find somewhere else to take my business.

On the contrary, I have seen it, do know it and what you've experienced from FC staff isn't it. Instead, it is your perception, (in this instance, an inaccurate one unsupported by actual evidence supporting the claims), being an unsupported opinion/perception which does not constitute evidence.

No, that's not "abuse". You are misusing that term. From the posted response, FC staff/owner advised a member that disqualifications are based upon factors beyond FC's control. That being the case, FC is unable to influence such factors which resulted in that member being DQ'd. Further, FC indicated that there are other, unknown, factors which may apply, (such as not knowing the exact reasons a member is DQ'd from any particular survey).

There was nothing particularly "demeaning" in the FC response posted. Again, such perceptions appear to stem more from an emotional basis than a factual one.

How, exactly, is FC "been doing everything they can to get" you "to leave"? Survey providers DQ survey takers, not FC. Conversely, your current diatribes do have the appearance of someone trying to get themselves banned for trying to violate FC's Terms of Service. Is this your intent?

I'm not "off" at all since 96% of my ongoing FC income for the about last 18 months has come from completed, (and credited), surveys. There's also an FC forum thread in which several other members have posted what offers/surveys credited for them. This is the basis for refuting your inaccurate conclusion that "their surveys don't work for anyone and they fail to see that or want to correct it".
My conclusion is that you're a disgruntled member of FC who does not comprehend how the qualification/disqualification process for surveys works, (and there are threads where this has been repeatedly explained). As the FC owner advised you; taking surveys may not be for you, (you're either doing something 'wrong' and aren't aware of what that is or, your particular demographics are unsought by the survey provider clients of FC).

This seems like it is a problem with your computer. You probably have something blocked or something is happening that causes you not to get credited. I have no problem with qualifying and getting credit for surveys. Fusion Cash support has said numerous time that they do not control if you get credited or not. If they don't get paid for you doing an offer, then the money is not there to pay them. It's really not their fault and this person is trying to explain this to you in a nice manner. You need to figure out why your not getting credited. They can't come to your house to fix your computer. And I agree with LizandHobbes. How did you state your complaint in the first place? It definitely sounds like you were the rude one and the person was doing their best to respond in a polite manner. And just to let you know, the surveys work for most people. I don't qualify for some, but I keep trying until I do qualify.

:dontknow: Sorry to say but I agree with the other members, I read the response and I did not read anything that sounded abusive. You have to remember that this is a numbers games, that you will not always qualify for the surveys. I can't remember the last time I qualified for one, I don't agree with how they do it, but that is just how it is. And just about everyday I make it my business to sign in anyway. ::)
I will say this, don't let that be the only thing you do. FC does have other opportunities that will allow you to make a few cent a day, remember that you have 160 days to cash out. So do the daily task, download the tool bar and use it as a secondary search engine, sign up for the emails and watch the videos.
This is not a "make hundreds in a day" type of site it is a slow build, sure we all get up set for not qualifying for surveys :angry7: but I will say this we keep trying. I sign in everyday and just do the things I know will credit and don't even bother with the surveys anymore...
Did you know FC has surveys too, that will still pay you a penny for attempting the survey
Also follow them on Twitter as well stay up on your forum post...reply to things that are interesting to you, if not just post a topic and see what the feedback may be
Hope this encouraged you at least a little bit to keep you as a member a little while longer before you give up :heart:

Nope, I don't see any "abuse" in that response either, just the facts. FusionCash does not have any control over the survey companies that provide the surveys for us to take. If we don't meet their required demographics, then we won't qualify, period.
If it's a matter of you actually completing a survey and haven't been credited, then you need to try a couple of things like making sure you clear your cache & cookies BEFORE each survey you attempt, and when you get to the "congratulations" page, leave that tab/window open for 5 to 10 minutes until you see the credit on your account page. In the 2 years+ that I've been here, I've only had one or two surveys that I didn't get credit for and that was because my browser crashed in the middle of them.
Seeing the "Joined in 2010" date under your user name tells me that you've been here long enough that you should know this stuff. If you feel so strongly about this issue, then you always have the option to leave.

I thought the administrator was very polite, respectful and to the point. I am someone who almost never qualifies for surveys because I work in market research and, possibly, because of my demographics. That's the way that it goes. I accept this and try other things on Fusion Cash. Most everything else that I do does credit.
It might be that Fusion Cash is not the right site for you. There are other sites out there that you can try. I am sorry that FC has not worked out for you because I :heart: the site.

The support staff has always been respectful when i had dealt with them....maybe you just had a bad experience or 2....i just try to stay positive about things....sometimes you just dont get credit.....it happens

The Fusion Cash staff are not abusive. They state facts politely. When they make a typo or mistake, they are quick to correct it. If they discover a problem that is under their control they also correct it. Good job Fusion Cash Staff!!

I am sorry that your haveing a hard time with fc and the surveys. I too get a little upset when I don't quilify. I can see in some of the wording that the person is frusteraded, but so are you. he/she clearly wants to help you but doesnt know how or is unable. I am a cry babby but I don't se any kind of abuse here just frusteration on both parts. I hope you fiqure out whats going on.

Stop asking for help to get credit for your DQ'd survey work.
And stop doing activities that don't seem to work for you. It obviously irritates you -- that you need to ask for help -- and when you receive a response you don't like -- that just makes you more unhappy.
I do surveys occasionally. I'm generally DQ'd 9 times out of 10.
Rule 1: CLEAR YOUR COOKIES AND TEMPS BEFORE YOU START DOING A SURVEY in any given survey site box.
Rule 2: Ignore/forget the ones you've been DQ'd on; continue until you complete a survey.
Rule 3: Hold the congrats/thank you survey window open until you receive credit or at least 10 minutes. I usually only complete one survey a day (if I'm lucky) and give the systems lots of time to "communicate" with one another.
At least on FC, the credit tends to come thru in less than 10 minutes.
Yet, despite this, occasionally the credit doesn't come through.
But it's successful enough to keep me coming back for more.
Oh , one last thing. I didn't find the response you provided to be abusive. I was impressed with the length of the personal response you got; it was clearly not "canned" and made an effort, politely, to get you to understand why you won't get credit.

Maybe you thought the response was rude because they used capitals? But that, I think, was only because they wanted to get their point across that the survey qualifications/disqualifications are based on your individual demographics and such. Some, like me, just don't have the right demographics for any of these surveys. FC has nothing to do with this process. As for your statement, "They need to clean up their act or the site WILL fail," FC has been opened since June 2005...so if the site hasn't failed yet, I doubt it ever will.
I'm sorry to say this and I hate to be rude and flippant, but sometimes all you can really say is "that's just how it is." Life is rarely ever fair. I never get qualified for surveys either, so I just move on and quit doing them. There are other ways to make money on this site.
I read in the reply, that you rarely get credited for stuff? Might I suggest that maybe it's your browser. For me, IE works better than Chrome (i.e. I only can get the daily emails, PTC, and videos to credit on Chrome). I think FF is pretty good too. I would also follow swogden's advice and clear cookies and your cache, not just for surveys, but for all the offers. Possibly, you may have to disable your ad blocker too. That software blocks the company's tracking of your successful completion of offers.

I've asked for help last week. I never got my $1.00 for posting my payment. Their answer was about the paid to post $3.00. So I've re-sent the question. After I re-worded it. I'll let you how they response.

The site owners need to help people who have these problems, but they don't care. They don't care about ANY of us, so if you have tickets pending with them, don't hold your breath for any resolution. They don't want to improve the site and make it easier for people to be successful with it. They simply want to ignore the problems and let the site fail, which is exactly what it will do. The owners don't care so why should we. Take your business else where.

After several replies to your trolling, (many of them offering advise regarding getting credit for offers/surveys), you've amply demonstrated that you're simply trolling and/or unwilling unable to consider such advise. It is not FC's fault/responsibility that you're demonstrably stupid.

Your issues about not ever getting credit are all you then, because no one else seems to have this problem. Yes, one will occasionally not get credit for something, but that's usually because the advertiser has not paid FusionCash. They cannot pay us if they don't get paid by the advertisers.
You need to try the solutions being offered to you by other members instead of continuing your ranting and raving. If you've been with this site for over a year, then you should know all this stuff by now, unless you're not coming here consistently enough to know how things work, and so you feel the need to blame someone else for your incompetence. Everything is spelled out in the Terms of Service & FAQ's, unless you never read those either. Everyone here in the forum is willing (and has been trying) to help you, but all you seem to want to do is moan & complain. If you're not willing to try solutions offered to you, then just go someplace else.

have you tried clearing your cache that will cause crediting issues quite a bit, or have you tried a differant web browser like google chrome or mozzilla Firefox or even IE9. all 3 of those work for me. help is here if you ask the right people (and know who to ask). take a deep breath and keep trying, you'll get paid, trust me.

this is the only site I know of that pays what they owe. so why would I want to take my business elsewhere?

I'm glad you've let this thread run as long as it has because it provided an object lesson/example in what not to do, (making whiny false accusations before and after posting the actual response from Admin is 'un-smart').

There was nothing abusive about the Admin's response. It is frustrating when we don't qualify for surveys but keep trying - in any case, you get 1c for trying.
With survey DQs, paid to click, paid videos and emails you can make a minimum of 30c per day, which is approx. 9$ per month, which you means you can cashout every 3 months. What's the problem?

That's silly, if you've been here over a year, you would definitely have enough to cash out. $.15 paid to click, $.02 daily email and $3 forum bonus would easily get you there. (I think some people make 30 posts a month just about not qualifying for surveys so you could have earned that one easily)
It sucks that you don't get credit for surveys, but obviously you love the drama more than anything or you would have quit FC a long time ago.

Another thing....I would venture to say that the members aren't going anywhere....I know I'm not!!! And I don't think FC will be going anywhere anytime soon either!

Oh my gosh.....60 support tickets....I had two support tickets and they were handled quickly and easily. It's no wonder why people complain about not getting a response from their support ticket because some people are obviously abusing the system. 60.....that is just crazy. ::)

The site owners need to help people who have these problems, but they don't care. They don't care about ANY of us, so if you have tickets pending with them, don't hold your breath for any resolution. They don't want to improve the site and make it easier for people to be successful with it. They simply want to ignore the problems and let the site fail, which is exactly what it will do. The owners don't care so why should we. Take your business else where.
That's silly, if you've been here over a year, you would definitely have enough to cash out. $.15 paid to click, $.02 daily email and $3 forum bonus would easily get you there. (I think some people make 30 posts a month just about not qualifying for surveys so you could have earned that one easily)
It sucks that you don't get credit for surveys, but obviously you love the drama more than anything or you would have quit FC a long time ago.
I don't use paid to click and this is the first time I've done anything on the forum. So I'm not getting any money from either of those. Only from paid emails and surveys(or the extremely rare chance that I qualify). I don't attempt any other offers because I have no money to spend and I refuse to sign up for junk I'll never use. Although not many feel as you do, I thank you for the compliments. The fact that my gf just bought me a camo-t-shirt which reads, "Mess With The Best, Fry Like The Rest" being purely coincidental.
As for you, Pringle, perhaps FC is not for you. It's clear you aren't happy with anything that goes on here so perhaps you should try to find another site that suits you better.
Sadly, the survey/PTC site, "pieintheskyscamus.com" was taken down, (this pseudo-site paid for all uncompleted surveys and consequently went out of pseudo-business almost immediately).

I think it is far fetched and illogical actually to suggest that FC doesn't care. I don't know if you realize that if you don't get paid, FC doesn't get paid either, so if it were in FC's power to fix something you can bet it would be fixed.
Also,I didn't read anything that even came close to abusive in Admin's response to you and after 60 support tickets seemingly for the same thing I am impressed by Admin's patience and restraint.

i have been reading all this stuff that pringle keeps posting, and this person sounds like a nut!!! oh my!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have read everything that the admin. has said, and i don't see anything abusive. they are not abusive. i have been on here for a year now and have never had any trouble. i love the surveys and always have a lot of luck at them. everytime i have a question about something, i always get helpful tips from other fusioncash users or from the admin. i think this person is probably just like this all the time in life about everything. i have met people like this, that seem to find something to go off about, even if it's small or nothing at all. i think this person is just speaking a lot of :bs:

I don't find anything about that letter abusive whatsoever. You don't seem to understand how the site works and the staff member was simply trying to explain things to you. The site doesn't work exactly how you want it to all the time, but the benefits make it worth it. I'm getting the feeling that you just like to complain a lot, given that's all I've ever seen from your posts. Instead, just try enjoying all the awesome free opportunities to make a little extra cash!

I don't think the owner was being abusive just telling how it is. I don't get approved for a lot of surveys either but I still try them and occasionly one comes through.

If you have been here for longer than a lot of us, why don't you know how the system works? Why don't you know how to get credited and qualify for things? I figured it out pretty quickly and it appears that most people do.

Go to the cancel button and hit it. I belong to many different surveys and truthfully I think this is one of the best. No one gets approved for every survey and it IS frustrating when you spend time filling it out and then find you are disqualified. It's not Fusion Cash's fault and why would they pay YOU for not quallfying? ??? Also, I think as a fellow newbe there is NO way you can be doing this longer than Sr Members, etc. I know you'e not happy so instead of making a fool of yourself just cancel your membership! :-[

How on earth can you justify these false claims? Who is doing everything they can to get rid of you? All the Administration would need to do is revoke your membership and ban your ip address to get rid of you if that is what they wanted to do. So, obviously they are not doing everything to get rid of you as you claim. Also, almost every person who has responded to you has been respectful and tried to help you somehow. Some, even attempted to encourage you to keep trying and sharing ways to make money here, but you simply rejected their helpful comments and insulted them in return.

A post like this following the other posts by this person is an example of why certain people shouldn't be allowed to participate in earning from this website. I don't know if he/she keeps up with earning still and just likes to complain (because if that's the case then I don't see the point to any of this) or if the person has a legitimate complaint about everything, in which case it would have to be a long stretch because the rest of us see the good in this website with the select few who find a reason to complain about EVERYTHING no matter what positive aspects are involved. Do you do the daily clicks or just try surveys? Do you clear your cookies on your web browsers? Do you use a browser that works for most offers/surveys? Are you taking advantage of all ways to earn money on here? If nothing is working for you maybe you should have your computer fixed because not everything can be blamed on the website or staff for you not being able to earn what you want to earn.

This person is acting like it is a personal quest to be respected by a website. What will he/she gain by insisting on 'not going anywhere' when he/she is apparently miserable here? The owner and the support staff have been giving me replies like this since I joined here and NEVER actually take the time to find out what the problem is or do anything to correct it. All they is 'that's how it is, live with it'. THAT is abuse. They are continually demeaning me in their replies to my support requests and lately they've been doing everything they can to get me to leave, which is NOT going to work. They are no better than the bullies on a school playground and that behavior doesn't cut it in the professional world. They have NO experience in customer service and if they were in my employ, such replies would result in immediate termination from their jobs. You just pat a customer on the head and tell them to 'deal with it'. You take action and correct the problem or compensate the customer in some way for their trouble. FusionCash does none of that and if I were you, I'd find somewhere else to take my business.

The surveys are provided by third parties and there are MANY reasons for a person to not qualify. It does not automatically mean the sites are out to get you, it just means you don't qualify. They are looking for opinions/information from other demographics, etc. And, if you read the forum and FC information you will see that it is clearly explained that not everyone or everything can go perfect and you agree to understand and accept that from being part of the site. It is your CHOICE to be a part of this site. If you have such a problem with it, you are clearly not being forced to take part in it and you could walk away. Or, you could accept the terms and conditions the site clearly explains to you and just accept that you do not fit EVERY demographic or EVERY requirement that EVERY survey is ooking for. If you DID fit those, you are probably making up answers or not being 100% consistent in your surveys, whic that alone can disqualify you for them. There are SO many more ways to make money on fusion cash other than doing surveys. I know plenty of people on here that could cash out every month without doing ANY surveys. Instead of complaining and feeling entitled to everything, even though NO ONE is going to qualify for every survey, you could try to see the POSITIVES of the site and the fact that they ha so many other, GUARENTEED, options to make money.

It's obvious that you don't take the time to understand how FC works and how there's so many different ways to make money besides doing surveys. Even if you just do to the daily email (0.02) and paid to click (.015) you'll still be able to cash out with something before the 180 day expiration date.

Very good response!! I am one of those that you speak of that is able to cash out monthly WITHOUT doing surveys. Not that I don't want to do surveys, I just haven't had the time to in quite a while, but it's not that hard to find other stuff to fill in the gap!

Hmmmmm....just seems a strange curiosity to me to see banners here with triple digits???????????????????????????? And not something we are able to fill in ourselves...just by doing the work...and even when the administrator just stepped in, I did not at all even see that reply as in any way out of line. But in about 10 days or so, I will be enjoying my second FC payday along with many others. What are trying to do on here that you are not able...if your talking about surveys WE ALL GET DENIED FOR THEM from time to time :dontknow: this site is more then just surveys there are other things on here that will allow you to cash out (REMEMBER YOU HAVE 180 DAYS ) to reach a cash out

1. Download the FC TOOL BAR ( every 4 QUALIFIED SEARCHES GETS YOU 1 CENT...you dont have to do this every day but when you do they credit instantly
2. Make sure to do the PAID TO CLICK (15 cents)
3. Make sure you are signed up for DAILY EMAILS (2 cents)
4. Make sure to do FC SURVEYS (generally you can qualify for those (1-3 dollars) and even if you don't you still get (1 cent) for trying
5. Make sure to contribute 30 THOUGHTFUL POSTS A MONTH this is worth (3 dollars) if ur post are chosen so make sure you post on things of interest to you/helps others
6. Make sure to do the DAILY TASKS these credit instantly as well if you do them them right
7. Make sure to watch the PAID VIDEOS (1 CENT)

I think the simple fact that you took the time to tell people to “keep it civil” was INCREDIBLY respectful and courteous. I am not a super long term member, and I clearly do not work for fusion cash, BUT I’ve observed and used Fusion Cash enough to understand the rules and understand certain things can be frustrating. However, I am also a sensible person and I understand that even though something frustrates me or I disagree with something or someone, it does NOT mean I am being ABUSED and it does NOT mean I am RIGHT. The fact that administration asks to “keep it civil” even though they are being completely attacked was incredibly impressive and not many people do that. Reading everything on here even makes ME frustrated FOR FC because Pringle, who is complaining repeatedly about being abused and disrespected, is the one who is providing the most disrespect.
Pringle, it is clear that not EVERYONE agrees with you and not EVERYONE feels they are treated badly. In fact, the MAJORITY of people on this site LOVE this site and it is because it actually does what it says. When there are problems WITHIN FC control, it is incredibly rare that they don’t fix the problem. You having problems qualifying for surveys is NOT something FC can control though. And it is explained clearly in multiple places. Many people have issues with surveys, and that is what the forum is for, to ask for suggestions on what to do to qualify. And, even in this thread with you insulting person and person JUST for disagreeing with you, members are STILL trying to help you and are giving you suggestions on what to do to get qualified. And like others have said, if the surveys are SUCH in issue, DON’T DO THEM. There are a TON of people that don’t do surveys because they UNDERSTAND you will NOT ALWAYS qualify. It’s just how it is. The survey companies (not fc) require certain things for every different survey. It’s just how things are, it does not mean they are abusing you etc. People can EASILY cash out EVERY month with doing NO surveys. I know because I hardly ever participate in the surveys for that fact.
It is fine to be frustrated, but again, people here are STILL trying to help and you’ve been ignoring it. It is your choice to do the surveys knowing you may not qualify. And it is your choice to NOT take the advice that people are trying to provide for you. The fact that you sent in 60 tickets in general shows that you probably don’t fully understand the rules and the FACT that you will NOT always qualify. It’s just how it is, it’s not FC’s fault. And I 100% understand their frustration because they are literally telling you exactly why it is happening but you just aren’t listening. Because they aren’t just throwing you money you are getting upset and blaming them for it and attacking them for something that is out of their control.
And you are putting your opinions in others mouths. You say “No one” qualifys for surveys, yet clearly a LOT of people can and do sometimes. And you say everyone should leave the site and it will fail because it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to etc. JUST because YOU don’t qualify does not mean NO ONE qualifies. And just because you disagree with something does not mean it is wrong. If it really was a scam site, people would not be so defensive about it. And that is why people are getting frustrated with your comments. Because SO many people LOVE this site because it DOES work and it IS legit and I honestly never hear of ANY site better than fusion cash. They provide a HUGE variety of different types of offers to make money NOT just surveys. And people DO get the money they qualify for.
After all that, even though I could go on for a LONG time about this ENTIRE thread, all I have to say is don’t expect others to treat you with respect when you yourself are being disrespectful (even though I don’t think FC was being disrespectful what-so-ever in your provided response- it simply stated the facts, which you didn’t agree with). And don’t ask for help and then ignore it. Yes, some people came up with slightly negative replies, but they at least started their replies with legit advice and suggestions for the situations and I’ve only seen negative replies from you. If you refuse to accept the help, why are you asking in the first place when you refuse to take it?
And my apologies because I know my response has a attitue with it, but everything I am saying IS civil and IS trying to explain to you the FACTS. And I, as well as others have a hard time not giving an attitude BECAUSE weare TRYING to help but it seems that you just refuse to take it if it's not 100% what you believe. I feel like unless someone replies "omg you're completely right they are horrible!" then you are just going to get more upset an not listen.

I have been trying and trying with this stupid site for over a YEAR and I NEVER get credit for anything besides paid emails. So I will NEVER have enough to cash out. That is NOT fair. The site owners need to help people who have these problems, but they don't care. They don't care about ANY of us, so if you have tickets pending with them, don't hold your breath for any resolution. They don't want to improve the site and make it easier for people to be successful with it. They simply want to ignore the problems and let the site fail, which is exactly what it will do. The owners don't care so why should we. Take your business else where.
That's silly, if you've been here over a year, you would definitely have enough to cash out. $.15 paid to click, $.02 daily email and $3 forum bonus would easily get you there. (I think some people make 30 posts a month just about not qualifying for surveys so you could have earned that one easily)
It sucks that you don't get credit for surveys, but obviously you love the drama more than anything or you would have quit FC a long time ago.
I don't use paid to click and this is the first time I've done anything on the forum. So I'm not getting any money from either of those. Only from paid emails and surveys(or the extremely rare chance that I qualify). I don't attempt any other offers because I have no money to spend and I refuse to sign up for junk I'll never use. The rest of you must be fine with wasting time and money to earn a meager sum, but I'm NOT.

Would like to emphasize, AGAIN, if they surveys and email are ALL you are doing that is YOUR choice. Most people make the money on here from things OTHER than the surveys. You say you have no money and don’t want to waste your time…. Then WHY are you continuing to try the surveys after people have explained multiple times it is not a guarantee to qualify? I NEVER pay a SINGLE penny on this website. And I could cash out EVERY month if I choose to with doing ZERO surveys. Of course you’re not getting any money if you don’t do the stuff the guarantees a payout… that’s common sense. If you JUST want to do surveys why don’t you go to an actual survey site and that JUST HAS surveys instead of saying Fusion cash doesn’t give you any money when that’s only because you CHOOSE to not do the things that pay for sure because FC has NO control over you qualifying for surveys.
Plus, if you actually used the plain survey sites you would see that NO site lets you qualify all the time. EVER. That’s part of the risk in doing them, but it is, in my opinion, a WAY bigger “waste of time” to ONLY try survey after survey with risk of not qualifying compared to doing the FREE fusion cash offers that GUARENTEE money….

I've been here longer than a lot of you. I KNOW how the site works. The problem is NOT with me. The staff and now all of you are doing everything they and you can to get rid of me(abuse, discrimination, harassment), but it won't work. You and the staff can continue your petty existence. And again, don't be a hypocrit. If you are insulting and yelling at everyone saying everyone is wrong, why would they not teat you the same? Maybe you, as well, need to learn some "humanity"... or simply the definition of abuse and discrimination. No one has said anything worse than what you yourself has said. And for somone that doesn'want to "waste their time" I don't understand why you're here just to complain with out listening to the advice of people that WERE trying to HELP and give you suggestions on how to ACTUALLY make money. If you put as much of an effort to do the guarenteed paid jobs people suggested compared to complaining about something that FC has no contol over, you wuld actually be able to cashout :thumbsup: but instead you wont listen to ANYONE, even the ppl that were NOTHING but nice to you so I don't see any other outcome from that but you to continue being unhappy and unsatisfied. TRY the suggestions, EARN your money and maybe you'll see WHY everyone is DEFENDING fusion cash and getting frustrated with your hypocritcal comments.
And no offense, but no matter how long youve been here, if you ONLY do email and surveys and never cash out, clearly you do not know how the site works Especially since others, who have been here both not as long as you AND those who are senior members all UNDERSTAND, with the help of other members, how to cash out every month or 2 if desired. And since you clearly spend a lot of time TRYING surveys and writing tickets to complain, you could use that time for the other free offers and actually EARN the money you think you deserve. It's your CHOICE.
The definition of insanity is trying the same thin over and over expecting different results. So try something different, and then maybe you'll see why we all love fusion cash.

I too used to get bent out of shape at not qualifying for a survey after spending a lot of time on it. Eventually one has to balance out in their own mind , is the reward worth the time and effort? Also there is that thing about continuing to to the same thing such as banging ones head against a brick wall and expecting the wall to move for you.(lol) All of this was before FC added the feature for the FC surveys where we at least now get 1 cent if we are DQ'd and that took some doing and time, as many many members had been requesting that for a long long long time. Now we have that so it worthwhile to at least attempt them. I do not understand why you do not do the paid to click? It does not take more than about 5 minutes and there is no need for a credit card for it, and it is a guaranteed 15 cents each day. In the time you spent bantering back and forth here you could have done that several times. As others have pointed out just the daily email 2 cents and the paid to click 15 cents gives one 17 cents per day which if done every day would allow you to reach the $25 in 148 days, well before the 180 day time frame that earnings would be lost. The videos almost always pay and last month was a banner month with probably the highest number of videos to watch, again no credit card required only time and patience. The tool bar search tool is another item that requires no credit card just time, use and patience. I think I am seeing a trend here. In the amount of time that you spend attempting surveys, you could be exercising the patience and waiting needed for some of the other tasks that pretty much are guaranteed to pay. Just a thought, but the brick wall is not going to move, as the sponsors of the surveys set the rules and if you participate on other similar sites you could also be getting DQ'd if you have completed the survey already there. So keep banging the wall which will not move and expecting a different outcome, as someone once pointed out, that is the definition of insanity. So if the shoe fits, wear it proudly. It would appear that you are attempting to be your own brick wall and are disappointed that no one is willing to bang their heads on your brick wall, thus somewhat indicating that the rest of us have a handle on what is insane and what is not. Enjoy being that island unto yourself as I hope and doubt that any others will come to your wall and start banging their heads, as the rest of us have figured out that our time is better spent completing activities and offers that are going to pay us and really can not offer any more assistance to one who apparently also has a stubborn stance and has not the capacity to process the procesdures presented to proactively procure a plausible solution to the problem at hand.

i saw nothing wrong with this response. it seems to me you probably wrote a letter that was as you say "abusive" to the operating team and the owner is simply trying to explain to you how it works. there is no way of judging this conversation and placing blame without seeing both ends of the conversation, but with the judgement of your post it seems you are the more hostile of the parties. there is nothing wrong with saying, you know maybe this just isnt for me... i dont seem to be fitting the demagraphic they are looking for to fulfill most surveys. And part ways in a respectful manner. Most people including consumer reports have a very positive view of fushion cash and the way they operate.
