Title: Are you kidding me?
Post by: cubs2013 on September 15, 2013, 05:40:13 pm
I have been on here several months and was ready to cash out because I was around 24.00 dollars... I log in just now and I am at 17 bucks. Unbelievable.

Time flies.

Credits that are more than 180 days old expire.  If you look at your account page, you will see a notation whether that affected any of your credits.  You may have lost your $5.00 sign-up bonus -- if you've been a member for more than 6 months.

Your account page will also show whether any credits have been reversed (credit for an offer was cancelled by the advertiser).

It is not difficult to earn $25.00 in less than 3 months.  Just do the paid email, the daily click, the video ads and listen to Radio Loyalty.  These are all offers.

You also have the monthly  Posting Bonus and the weekly mini-contests that can increase your balance.  These are bonus amounts.

It is disappointing to have lost $7.00.  But if you put your mind to it, you can recoup that loss and still reach cash out by the end of September.

You have waited too long to cash out.  After 6 months you lose credits.  Even with little time to be online, you can cashout every 2 or 3 months and ensure that you don't lose any money.  With the dailies and videos you could spend about 10 minutes a day and still cash out every 2 or 3 months.  Sorry for your lost but it is really easy to get the money from FC just a little patience and a few minutes a day.

I have only had 1.00 taken away once, I cash out as soon as I can, but I love it here, no problems. Hope you stick with it.

Now, I log back on and I have 2 more dollars taken off. This site has taken 10 bucks from me literally two days away or so from cashing out. What a crock of BS this site is. I was really liking this site too, but this is absolute nonsense. I have listened to the radio loyality everyday, do the emails every0day, do the paid for cash everyday, do surveys that I qualify for, which is few and far between. And now I get 1 dollar away from cashing out, and my money is down to 14 bucks!??!? Get frickin' real here. What a joke.

I am off of this site unless something can be done about this. It's not like I never logged on. I am/was on this site daily and if I missed ONE DAY, I was back on the very next day. Scandalous in my opinion.

I've been a member for a few months and I have yet to have any money taken away. Not sure why you did. I do know credits expire after so long so maybe that is what happened.

Have you been a member for over 6 months? You will lose some money if you do not cash out before 6 months pass.  :sad1:

If you look on your account page, it will say if the credit was denied or expired. If it's expired, there is nothing you can do. FC provides adequate warning on that policy. If the credit is listed as denied, check the forum to see if others had it denied too. Some times it is just a glitch. You could also open a support ticket for a denied credit.

The site has not "taken" anything from you. They provided you an opportunity to make some extra cash. If you read the rules, it very clearly states that money not cashed out at 180 will expire.

I have been using this site for two months, I was able to cash out my first month and plan on cashing out this month as well. I have ran into very few offers that did not credit and never had anything taken away. If you are on here everyday there should be no reason you can not cash out monthly which would prevent you from loosing your cash.

You should be able to make it up fairly quickly if you start visiting daily.

You joined in March so you have been a member for 6 months now. Each credit has a 180 expiration date. But you only have to earn an average of $0.14 a day to be able to earn $25 in that 180 days. You say you've been on every day so there is really no reason you shouldn't have reach $25 before now.

When you look at your account does it show offers as expired or denied? Expired offers are because of the 180 rule but denied credits could be from several reasons

.....it is really easy to get the money from FC just a little patience and a few minutes a day.

I beg to differ on being really easy with just "a little patience and a few minutes a day." Today I was trying to do some surveys and clicking on the ones I have bookmarked took me NO WHERE. The "earn" so much button didn't work, neither did the underlined survey words. It's been happening every day, too.  I have to make $5 between today and tomorrow and it's not gonna happen. It doesn't take "just a few minutes a day."

Crowdflower tasks give me a hassle lately, too. If the url doesn't come up and I check that box, it won't let me submit because supposedly the url is supposed to be on one of the search pages.  Every task shows almost the same listings to search for so I'm sunk on those, too. I emailed Crowdflower support and after 4 days, I got a return email where they wanted the job #, etc. How the heck do I know? I didn't see any job # on the job. So, of course, it wasn't fixed.

I've been on FC for at least an hour and only made around $.35. I'm about to lose $8 if I don't make $5 by tomorrow and I'm getting very frustrated with FC.

Have you taken the time to read FC's Terms of Service? I'm not sure what offers you did, but there could be a number of reasons why your account has decreased. As others have said, if you don't cash out at least once in a six-month period (180 days) with the minimum $25, some of your earlier credits will start to expire. Also, if you completed any offers with which you had to use your credit card, and then you cancelled the offer, your credits may be reversed. FC is one of the best sites I've been a part of and have been paid 12 times. The forum is especially helpful if you have questions. I'm sorry you feel that way. More than likely the reason for the decrease in money is on your end, not FC.

Yes it can take just a few minutes a day. Although I try to spend as much time as I can on here each day, I wasn't able to spend as much time on here today. Still managed to make over $1. Have you checked to make sure it's not something wrong with your computer since some of the "buttons" didn't work? I'm not sure about what browser you use, but try logging in with a different browser and see if that makes a difference.

I've been a member since 8/31 and I haven't had anything revoked except 1 offer but that was because I uninstalled something I was suppose to keep for a week.  :sad1: if anything just cash out monthly it's not to hard to get $25 a month. (and keep in mind of course it's slow sometimes it's not like it's meant to completely replace a part time job or something)

Did you get an email explaining why this happened? This has only happened to me about once or twice and I received an email.

Try to qualify for as many surveys as possible to keep from losing any more. After the 180 days it starts going away. It has happened to many of us. It did to me, I was so upset and so confused, but just stick with it, it just takes time to figure it all out. If you can get some surveys done and go to the no cc required, and maybe even some of the paid to call offers you should be able to quickly get to your $25 so you can cashout without losing any more. Good luck with it. I hope you don't lose any more.

What everyone else is saying! You must cash out before your oldest offer is 180 days old. I don't see how you could be on the site every day and go 180 days without making enough to cash out????? I have been on this site more than 3 years and cash out every other month, pretty consistently. I've never gone more than 2 months without cashing out.

I can understand your frustration, but all the other posters are correct, the loss of money is your own fault.  It is rather easy to get $25 in 6 months with just doing the daily email, 5c worth of tasks/videos, and the PTC.  I would not focus on surveys if you are getting frustrated with them, and the 1c you got per DQ is a bonus, and doesnt count towards your 5c requirement for the PTC.

Sorry bud.  It happened to me too.  I lost my $5.00 bonus on my first cash out due to expiration and had one of my referral credits taken away after a month or so later.   :dontknow:  Anyone know why a referral would be reversed??  I never got around to asking FC.

I believe it is the same thing, once the credit is 180 days old, it is lost if you don't cash out.

I have been on for a couple of months and just received my first check and it was accurate. I just cashed out my second check and get more than the first one. Just cash out monthly so you have to do a bunch of things on this site to get it. good luck and have faith in yourself.

I have been a member since dec 2012, but didn t get active until march 2013.  I have cashed out every month since april and never use a credit card. I've only completed one survey.   I did have some RL credits denied once but FC admin got them back for me.   I hope your credits can be restored.

Whoa! Were you away for over 180 days?  I think if you aren't active for a certain amount of time your $ gets taken away.  Im not for sure about that.

Try to do more than the bare minimum per day. I try to do at least the email, paid to click and radioloyalty daily to avoid these types of problems.

Did your credits expire? I get on the site daily, some days are good, some aren't. But I've been saving since June and have about $100, and my credits won't expire til December 1st if I don't cash out. No money has been taken from me.

It ideally shouldn't take you that long to cashout. I don't want to bash on you, but being active daily will guarantee you a timely cashout without losing money.
