I usually go to the gym. I love taking my frustrations out there. When I leave, I feel 10 pounds lighter.

Dealing with stress is the best way.
-
Take deep breaths.

Staying out of jwkelly threads is a good starter!
-
I lie down with my head as still as possible and hardly think. Heavy stress makes me dizzy!
-
I got to sleep all the time and eat something :angel11: :-\
-
I go outside and cut down trees.
-
I try anything, walk away, go into my room or anywhere where I can be alone. If one thing doesn't work I try something else. Usually being by myself and taking a few deep breaths helps. Sometimes I just need to vent and get it out of my system.

A short nap helps me to relieve stress.

You must live in the country, if you did it in town I think you'd have more stress from the neighbors! Maybe even a black eye !
-
I read or watch TV.

Avoid stressful situations!
Practice some good mental health habits
and listen to some relaxing music.

I usually talk to my girlfriend or I listen to a lot of really great music. Sometime I will go out for a walk.
-
I exercise.
I've used that as a coping skill to alleviate my stress since college days. It has worked quite well all through my life. & when I stop for whatever reason, I can sure feel the difference in perception & in my muscles.

I like a good brisk walk and about 20 minutes or so of in depth Bible reading. I think I got that backwards. First things first : Prayerful, meaningful Bible reading, a good brisk walk and then I finish it off with quality time with my husband and our loving pets. :)
-
My preferred method is going for a run or long walk. If that does not walk then I yell at whoever is closest

Don’t yell at others just because of stress! It’s not their responsibility to control your stress. Nobody is immune to the feeling. We all have to live as independently as possible, and independence can mean stress because of major responsibilities!

I like that one above said avoid stressful situations. That is interesting. How do you avoid stressful situations? Life is always throwing something at us one way or another. But, I will get into a good novel, a video game, or do some online work. I used to bake and play in the kitchen when I was stressed out, but that was really unhealthy and I got away from doing that.

Try and be just a teeny bit more specific on your answer.
It's kind of like you just rephrased the question there.

I work out at the gym or play Candy Crush on my tablet.

I run. Even though I have a pretty demanding job and a nasty commute, I really don't get super stressed out. I maintain a fairly healthy lifestyle and running 4-5 days a week makes me feel great.

Having lupus I deal with a large amount of anxiety that comes from stress usually when I'm at a bad point I usually go lay down and relax and I have a bead pillow that I used to squeeze and it helps me release the anxiety and relax it's hard to explain but it works for me and that's what's important

I like spending time with my family and listening to music.

I relieve stress by Praying to Our Father In Heaven. He has all the answers you will ever need. :angel11:

I have a karaoke machine and just sing. Feeling good after that.

From working out to doing something you love to punching a wall and from that point drink/smoke etc that's what I do if I have to.

I dig in the dirt. Weeding my garden and putting in new plants usually helps. Sometimes just a few minutes being outside works wonders.
