Title: What kind of cheese do you eat the most?

I don't eat fermented food at all. Fermented food impairs digestion and other bad things.

All but head cheese wich is not a cheese....really. Then if it is a sandwhich, swiss. If its tacos, or grilled chz then cheddar....the list goes on... CHeese is great
