Off-Topic / What do you think about that smoking two year old?

I saw in the news that two year old boy smoking like an old pro. I couldn't believe it when the parents said that he was smoking since he was 11 months old! I saw the child on youtube & I still can't believe it. At this rate, he'll have LUNG CANCER before he reaches his teens! Unbelievable.....Tell me what do you think, is this real or fake?

Has anyone ever had any success on those own your own business at home deals? Need input. Tired of being ripped off.
