The first movie I ever saw in theaters was Hellraiser.  My dad took me when I was 5 years old.  Crazy *bleep*! LOL But I have always LOVED horor movies, despit having lots of nightmares as a child! I can't choose a favorite.

Depends on the movie! For ex. Harry Potter films are more fun to watch on a large screen.  The more special effects a movie has, the more likely I will be to go to a theater to see it.  We mostly watch movies at home though due to cost of taking two kids to see movies (tickets, parking, popcorn, kids friends, etc)

I'm sorta scared to go to my Dr appointment this Friday.  I will be getting bone marrow biopsy results.  Best of luck going to see your Doc.  By the way, he or she won't be mad.  You have a choice whether or not you put medication into your body!  If he or she is mad, find a new doctor.

Ferriwinkle, I couldn't have said it better.  Yes, it is a very horrible mental disorder and takes up many hours of my days.  Stress makes it worse and I sometimes get panic attacks and have to leave my house because I a so overwhelmed.  I wash my hands so much they bleed esp in the winter.  You can look at my hands and see what kind of day I am having.  I avoid having people over bc of "outside germs" and I have two kids and hate that they see me like this.  They worry they will have it too. I pray to God they never do.  It is so debilitating at times.  It is so hard to habituate when my daughter wants to have a friend spend the night.  I will sit down and play board games with my daughters and their friend but all the while I am obsessing over what their friend has touched so I can wipe it down after she leaves.  I have depression which I believe stems from my OCD.  I would give anything to bring peace to my family.  I don't know what to do.  Sometimes I feel like I should commit myself to a hospital or something!  I try to overcome the OCD but I usually end up giving up and giving in to it.  It is physically and emotionally draining for my entire family.  I am so tired of hurting people because of my disorder.

Wow. Thanks everyone!!! OCD runs in my family.  My sister is an organizer, my mom is a checker-checks stoves, candles, locks, etc. , and I am the germaphobic.  It sucks and takes up a lot of time.  But at the same time, it's nice to be clean!  I mop every other day.  Sometimes every day or multiple times a day depending on the week, and if I forget my medication. lol I wash my hands constantly and wipe things down all the time.  Thanks for all your input guys!!!! I love how social FC is.  I feel like I know you guys!

Question. Should I have it done?
During a physical, my dr found that my spleen was enlarged.  In order to figure out why, the doctor has done blood tests, ultrasound, Ct scan, and more bloodwork.  Everything has come back with good results.  The doctor says that if the spleen is enlarged there must be a reason.  That reason could be cancer, Hodgson's Disease, etc.  Or it could be as simple as I was born that way.  Well, a bone marrow biopsy is going to suck and there are risks involved, although rare.  I don't want to do it but, if it is necessary, I will.  Any doctors out there with advise or a second opinion??? Wouldn't cancer show up in my bloodwork?  I'm confused.  Help someone!

I have OCD and clean all the time.  My husband says I clean way too much.  So I have to ask, what is "normal"?  How often do you guys clean your toilets, sinks, etc?  Thanks!
