I don't use seasoning that often, but I frequently add chia and flax seed to almost everything. A little Mrs Dash is good for tuna sandwiches as well.

Aside from Costco I have the convenience of grocery stores such as Keyfood, compare foods, Ctown and

It's cheaper, convenient and available aside from the catch which is to keep up to date. There's no need to be that recent.
