I hope that I would be able to get back to some semblance of normalcy. Only time will tell, honestly.

Yes, unfortunately, it is true. Again, rest in power, Sir Connery.

When I found out about it, I honestly thought it was one of those hoax obituaries. :(

I plumb forgot about changing my clocks until the day of. Thankfully, I use my cell phone alarm (which automatically updates the clock) to wake me up. That was when I remembered, LOL.

Uh oh. I smell a heated debate. Anyway, all of this craziness will be over in a matter of hours.

I mailed in my absentee ballot two weeks ago. Looking forward to watching the election, and crossing my fingers for the candidate I voted for!

The better question is "WHO is the administrator?" Needless to say, there needs to be some oversight and responsiveness on the part of the individual(s) responsible for managing this website. Otherwise, it turns into an absolute free-for-all.

Ouch! I am sorry to hear, OP. As frustrating as that is, however, please remain motivated!

To the OP: I had the same issue. However, I assume it has been resolved, because I just completed two similar surveys on TR, and I was able to navigate both of them with no problem.

Off-Topic / Re: What is your earliest memory?

My earliest memory was when I was about 3 - 4 years old and playing with my Legos and TMNT action figures. Yes, I was a MAJOR tomboy even at that age, LOL.

If money was not an issue for me, I would honestly consider focusing more on my DIY projects and volunteering and donating to worthy causes. I always said if I ever won the lottery, I would pay off any remaining debts, replenish my savings, put some towards retirement, a house, and investing, and the remaining money would go to charity.

« on: November 01, 2020, 03:42:31 am »Message ID: 1343728
I would tell my 16-year-old self the following:

-  Attend a college/university that is in-state.

-  Avoid taking out student loans whenever possible. If that cannot be avoided, take out federal loans only and apply for as many grants and scholarships as possible.

-  When all else has failed, join the military and have them pay for your education.

Yes, he was. I was completely taken aback by his passing. I never watched any of his movies, especially his earlier classics. But from what I learned from personal friends and family of mine who are Uber fans of his, he was a highly talented actor. Rest in Power, Sir Connery. :(

I simply cannot believe that we are nearly done with 2020. I still vividly remember making my New Years Resolutions in Dec 2019! In any event, welcome to November, and as mentioned by the OP, good luck to everyone (especially with your FC earnings)!
