I don't wear make-up anymore but before I do love MAC.

MAC was in style back then. They are still relevant today, however, they're no longer the #1 makeup brand. So much competition. On top of that, they're better for stage makeup since it's very heavy.

Glad Elf products were mentioned! Those are very inexpensive and not too bad. You can sometimes find their products in Dollar Tree. The only product that didn't work well for me is the black liquid eyeliner. Just bought a NYX eyeshadow palette and am loving them!  :)

Yesss, I dunno what nyx is doing, but their products (most of them) are amazing quality!

Yes I love to wear makeup but I don't wear it often, only a little makeup...I like to keep it simple.

You do you girl :)

My favorite makeup products are Arbonne and Red Apple Lipstick.  Love these products.   :) :) :) :)

Oh, I've never heard of these brands! I'll be looking into it now that you've brought it up.

Bare minerals foundation and queen collection concealer.

Hmmm, I've never tried bare minerals foundation before. How is it for you?

Any makeup lovers here? Let me know what your favorite products are!

Have you tried Kylie Jenners new matte lip gloss/stick? I was thinking about ordering that since they are having deals for the fall season. I read some great reviews on some of the shades.

Hah. I won't be purchasing anything from kylie jenner cosmetics until she comes out with something that hasn't been put out before and isn't too overpriced. There are plenty of dupers out there of her products, plus there are too many that claim her liquid lipsticks are only half way filled.

I don't wear makeup as much as I use to, however I am totally sold on the L'Oreal range of make-up but how I became sold on it is quite surprising. I used to wear the cheapest makeup i could find, which would do the job well, and I noticed the L'Oreal foundations were out of my price range. I could not justify spending so much on foundation when there were other brands which did a good job well which were cheaper. That is, until I received a trial size in a magazine. I applied the liquid foundation and my skin felt like a million dollars, so ever since then, I have bought L'Oreal liquid foundation. That was about 20 years ago!

Don't hate it 'till you try it!

I like wearing makeup mainly to work and when I want to look nice when going out, but I wouldn't say I love it. Sometimes it's a pain in the butt trying to get the exact look I want, and let's face it, some brands of makeup are pretty darn expensive. Basically I like some eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and pressed powder foundation. Any more than that and I start to look like a clown, lol!

Yeah, you just do what works for you and as long as you like it, you ain't gon' look bad because everyone will feel you shining within! As for the expensive part, there is almost always a cheaper dupe that does the same job as the expensive one.

I love Almay, especially their eye make up. You can get colors to make your eyes 'pop'! The face creams are good and Sephora is a nice store where you can find stuff.

Sephora is friggin' awesome!

My go to makeup is The balm face products. Very pigment colors with the eye shadow & Urban decay eyeliner, seems too last longer with the colors then other eyeliners I have used.
My oldest teen daughter loves Urban Decay eye shadow because of the loud pop colors they have in their palettes. She has wanted to try Jeffree Star cosmetics but that line is way too expensive and I have heard no one close to us ever try that line for me to shell out the money for any of that brand.

The jeffree star liquid lipsticks are pretty up there in the price range, you can find alternatives for most of his shades though! The only one I am considering buying is the color "Weirdo" since it is, I believe, the blackest formula out there for liquid lipsticks. I do have another highly pigmented black lippie, it's just that it isn't matte and I have to set it with a powder. I'd rather have it be me using solely ONE product for black lippies.

I enjoy makeup. I love playing around with it and trying out different looks. I don't have the money to buy any of the real high quality products that I would like to try, so I pretty much stick with e.l.f. I can try different things, and if they don't work out, I'm not out a lot of money.

Elf profucts are actually really great especially for the price. I love their brushes, I'd choose their brushes over most high end brushes any day.
