Support / Can I get help from a staff member, please?

I have opened 2 tickets regarding this and can't get a response. I haven't been credited for Zooba or Stamps.com. Both of these have cost me $$. I can't get my cut or paste to work. Is there an email address that I can send the confirmation emails to? I have both of them. Thanks, Shannon
