I mostly use my laptop as a desktop, so I probably wouldn't even notice a short battery life. They actually say it isn't good to use it plugged in all the time, so once a month or so I try to use the laptop on battery so it won't go bad.

That is so terrible! That's a large sum of money to have stolen. It is especially bad when the thief is someone you know. I hope the police can help you catch them.

I have an ongoing problem with Amazon. Every time I log into my account, I get an email with a verification code. I don't actually have to enter the code on the site, and don't even see it until later, but it is really annoying. I called them, and they said if I turned ON Two-step Verification (which requires a code sent to my phone as well as a password), and then turned it back off again, I wouldn't be bothered by any more emails, but I'm still getting them. Has anyone else had the problem and if you resolved it, how?

I suggested these offers a while back, I don't know if the admins took my request into consideration, but I see FC has the Daily Break offers up occasionally now. They are really great fun offers, and credit well too. The last one I did, Jack Links, had an added bonus for me, a $.50 coupon, which is rare to get coupons for that. Plus I joined the Sasquatch club to get points for buying the jerky.

I don't spend much time on FC. If there were a lot of videos, I would spend more time, but surveys are a waste since I very rarely qualify, and the DQ bonus doesn't count for the 5 cents. I wish FC would get some good new trial offers.

What's strange about that? It's possible to get burned out, or just want to discuss something different in your spare time here. Current events COULD be about the weather, but usually just ends up being a political discussion. The media even turns the weather into politics sometimes!

It will hurt you, if they revoke them during the waiting period after you cash out, before you actually receive the money.

Definitely don't call back! That is just an open invitation for them to keep harassing you. They know it's a working number, and they don't care how angry you get with them, they'll just keep doing it to push your buttons. We had callers in the past, that would call over and over every few minutes, even when we just picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything. That went on for weeks, and since we don't have caller ID on the house phone, we had to answer it to make sure it was really them. Finally, I started reading money-making spiels into the phone, and shortly after they finally gave up. Of course, they were people with American names, but foreign accents.
