banned smoking.... in & out public places

As a smoker, I certainly hope not! It gets really bad in the dead of winter here, having to go outside to enjoy a smoke

I think smoking should be banned in ALL public places inside or out. The worst thing I can think of is to be enjoying myself at some public event and smell second hand smoke.
