So how are we suppose to get out of this vicious circle of "bad food"  I don't know if I would be able to give up meat all together.  I feel HORRIFIED by what the animals go through for us to eat them and it disgusts me that they are filled with so many antibodies that are passed on to us but what really can we do?  Even the fruit is contaminated.  I live in the middle of the desert there are no farms here for me to go to...!!!! :-

I've seen that document... everything is very true. I'm a vegertarian, so I don't eat meat.

Very tough question indeed.....I don't eat meat often at all, in order to be more conscious of my choices...and when I do, I try not to waste any leftovers...I admit, it's hard to become vegetarian and I admire people who do, but for those who don't become one, just do everything in your power to do what you can!!
