Question About Ticker with # of offers completed and payout

How do u get one of those?  I have been seeing them when different people posts.  It tells how many offers they completed and their cash out amount.  Where do those come from?

To get the ticker go to profile on the top of the forum page.  Then it is one of those things on the side.  You can choose your color and everything.  Hope that helps.
