Which special offers are you talking about?  Is this the only section you are having troubles with when using Fusion Cash?

I had problems depending on what web browser i was using - either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox or Chrome. Also check your virus protection program to see if it may be blocking certain pages, cookies, or locations. And how fast is your web connection?
