Offers not going to pending

I have completed these offers, and whenever I do, they don't seem to credit.

Home Depot Moving, Gas Card and Ideal Bite....

Has anybody been having this problem?

Didn't credit for me either.  Some offers just don't go through.

I did both Home Depot Ones and one of them credited.  For anyone that hasn't done them, they are the quickest and easiest ones on here!
