I would say it is working but perhaps there is so much volume that the posts are arriving later that we are accustomed to. If you don't get the email to click for the 2 cents go ahead and log in to the site and still complete the click to pays and get your 15 cents and any other things that you normally do, then if you do get the email you can do it later for the 2 cents portion. Take care.
