Why won't it let me cash out

Everytime I hit the cash out link it takes me to a page telling me

There are two balance requirements for cashing out:
Your balance must be at least $25$15 of your balance must come from offer completions
The account/security requirements are listed on the left side of your account page.
When do I get paid?
Cashouts are approved around the 20th of the month after your request. For example, if you request a cashout today (and your account passes verification), you can expect approval on or around November 20th.
Once your cashout is approved, you must allow additional transit time for your payment:
Checks are cut and mailed 1-2 business days after approval. Delivery is usually within 2-5 business days. Thus, you can expect to have the check in hand by the 30th of the month after you cashout.
 Direct Deposit payments appear in your bank account as a line item credit within 1-5 business days of cashout approval, depending on your bank's policies. Thus, you can expect to see the credit post to your account by the 22nd-25th of the month after you cashout.
 PayPalŪ payments are sent 1-3 days after approval. Thus, you can expect to have the money in your PayPal account by the 23rd of the month after you cashout.

Why not set up Direct Deposit and get your earnings sent straight to your bank account?


So how do I cash out..I have tried for days and keep getting this, and no approval that it was accepted.

It should be going through. Make sure you have everything filled out in your account and completed and also make sure you read everything on the screen.

It sounds like you may not have completed all of the verification steps on your account. Double check by going to your account page and first check that all of your account information is filled in and correct ("My Account" box on the left, 1st link). Then look at the "Verification" box on the left - "Account Activation", "Your Profile" and "Telephone Verification" should all have a check mark next to them.

If that's all good then I would submit a support ticket and ask Admin why you cannot cash out.

Its all good and says I am eligible to cash out..But always takes me to that same page..Only think I did not do, is do the direct deposit..I have my pay pal on there..I am going to email them to see what is going on..I don't want to miss it to where I won't get paid in Nov

You should see a "Cashout Now" button at the bottom of that screen like this, if not then I would definitely submit a support ticket. If you already have PayPal set up with the correct email address associated with your PayPal account, then you shouldn't have a problem. You have until the last day of October to cash out to get your payment in November, so there's still time to get it figured out.

Another thing I noticed is that you only have 3 posts, which means that you're missing out on another $3.00 per month posting here in the forum!!! Why don't you spend the next week or two getting in your 30 contributory posts so you can earn some more? It won't be added on to your current amount, as it can take up to 65 days to credit to your account, but 3 bucks is 3 bucks!! You can still cash out, but if you get in your 30 posts by the end of the month and submit your request, you won't have to wait until November to get started on your forum bonus.

Go to the top of the forum and click on "Are you getting paid to post yet?" and it will take you to the page where the rules/requirements are. Make sure you read the rules carefully, and I would also watch the forum tutorial video.....the link is also at the top of the forum, underneath where your profile picture would be (the link is very small).

For some reason on my desktop using firefox and IE on that page it only shows up to direct deposit. But now I am on my laptop and I can scroll all the way to the bottom and see the cashout! Thanks everyone..I will see what I can do about posting 30 so I can get the $3..I am not on much..

Glad you got it figured out! Strange that you can't scroll all the way down on your desktop.....perhaps you need to reinstall your browsers??
