I am not a vegatarian I do eat meat but I like my vegatables too.  I watch my weight so vegatables are important to me as well.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I do believe I should always have some type of vegetables, tofu, etc. in my diet. Also, the Hot Dog on a Stick's veggie type dog is pretty good (some veggie burgers at other places have been horrendous).

I eat NO Meat, NO Chicken, No Fish, NO Eggs.  I did try for a year or two to go without cheese, but then I started feeling bad more so started eating cheese which I do eat alot of now.  Also, Milk?  Can do without it, I will eat cereal with it and also use it for baking/cooking.

Every person I know that went totally vegetarian (vegan) has gotten seriously ill. The human body uses protein to build and maintain muscle. The protein from beans and other veggies is not enough.

I'm not a vegetarian, nor would I ever be.  I feel a balanced diet is best.  Meat isn't completely unhealthy, and I like a good amount of vegetables in my diet as well.

I am a vegetarian but not a vegan. I eat seafood and fish, eggs, and dairy products. I actually had all kinds of health problems when I ate meat. For the past 20 years have been relatively healthy. I have nothing against meat eaters. I even cook meat for my husband.

my opinion of veg food is my Grandma and Parents were solely vegetarians and my dad died of a heart attack and my mom and Grandma died of cancer.  Seems to me healthy food didnt change that cancer struck my family when there were no prior cancer in the family.  There is no safe way to eat and no safe food, we grew most of our food in the yard with no pesticides.

I can think of good reasons to become a vegetarian. (moral reasons) I just can't give up meat. And just so you know, someone who eats no animal products at all is a vegan, not a vegetarian. And there actually are other ways to get protein.
