i've never exactly understood the phrase, "you are what you eat."
obviously, you don't physically
become a chicken (or chitlin in
this case). however, it makes sense that whatever you eat is
absorbed by your body and it is essentailly a PART of you...
atleast for a little while. and especially if it turns to fat.
people eat all kinds of things, though. something gross to one person
is delicious to another
