You need 30 posts in a one month period. To get your $3.00, click on Paid to Post at the top of the page. Click on the green link forum bonus request form. Pick your three most insightfull, funny, helpful (ectra) then click submit. View th videos. They really help you through everything on FC.

The $3 counts as a bonus.  It will not help you toward your $15 but it's a nice addition to your balance.

After you have completed 30 contributory posts in a calendar month, go to the Forum Bonus Request Form http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php. There you select "Click here to view all your posts" and pick three message ID numbers from that month to submit.

You can track your request's history on that page and see if a bonus was paid or how long until it pays (if you qualify).

the info says no for bonus and $3 is for 30 postings no more or less fill out the form under paid to post when you hit 30 it will tell you on that same link

You will receive $3 for positing 30 posts. But you have to make sure that the 30 posts are contributing posts, and are worth while posts. Also the $3 dollars will be added to your bonus, which is awesome. I know sometimes by the end of the month I can be down a few dollars so that helps a ton. Keep up your hardwork.

I recently put in for my first paid to post for March,and  have something that says like "24 days to credit",etc.  Does this mean it has been approved or just that it will be that amount of time,(at the very least), before I can even hope to see it in my amount I've made?

That means that they have 24 days to determine if you are approved for the credit or not. In my experience, if approved it usually shows up a few days before the end of the month though so you can include it in that month's cash out.
