I was recently appalled to find out about the hidden charges associated with some of your offers. I therefore created a new account to view the offers again so that I could find more information on deactivating them so that the hidden charges don't get me in the future. I have no use for this second account, and I do not believe we are allowed to have mutliple accounts here. Is it possible to have my other account removed?
