To answer op's question, no I normally stay away from them. If I see that they raised the pay or I need a few extra pennies to cash out, I'll do a couple.

I do them on occasion.  Generally it depends on how much time I have that day and if I feel like dealing with it.  Normally when I do them though, I get about 9 ish cents at the end so I try to do it once a week.
