1/3 azuki beans
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
Salt (pinch)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp water
Cooking oil (dash)

How to make Sweet Stuffed Pancakes
Soak the azuki beans.
Boil over high heat.
Drain off water. Add more water boil until soft. Add sugar evaporate and stir.
Put flour in sieve add powder and sift. Break the eggs into bowl add salt and sugar Fold in flour
put oil in pan wipe off excess oil pour in batter turn pancake cook other side briefly use remaining batter.
Divide filling. Fill pancakes press together.
