I've not ever cooked a turkey in a paper bag but I have heard of it.  I've used a brown and serve cooking bag before and it turned out good but then I just went back to the same type turkey baking covered pan like my mom always used.  I've never been dissappointed with that pan!

never heard of anyone cooking a turkey in a brown paper in an oven.  Sounds strange to me.  But does it work? Do you happen to have a recipe for it?  Would be interesting to see if others have tried it.

Wow, I will have to try that we love turkey here, sometime we get large brown bags in the paper, I need to save one of those.
