I think you can cashout more than once but you still wont get your payment until the 16-19th of the NEXT month as that is how Fusion Cash processed payments.

No, you can only cash out once per month.

You can cancel your cash out and then cash out again if you want to add your current earnings to your pending pay out. (As long as you do it before the end of the month)
