Terribly Buggy Videos!
« on: March 08, 2014, 08:59:04 am »
I'm having a huge problem with the 30 second videos that are marked "Watch this Video." The only browser they work in at all is Firefox, and even there, they keep freezing up Firefox until the error message pops up: "Shockwave plugin has crashed." Then I have to choose to "continue script," which freezes it up permanently, or "stop plugin", which works until the timer starts running down again. Is there anyway to get around this? It is unbelievably annoying.

I just watched 5 of these 1c videos without difficulty.  None of them were for 30 sec.  Most came up with another tab with the timer and a 2nd tab for the display page.  I go back to the timer page to know when to click for the next page.

Most involve a 20 sec countdown for 5 pages (close to 2 min),

I use  Windows 7 and my IE browser (because IE keeps the new tabs on the same window.)
Firefox  lets the new page come up as a new window; not a problem if that is all I have going on the pc, but since I usually am running several sites, it can be confusing to have new windows pop up leaving me wonder which site generated it.

I don't do the $.005 videos -- too many problems reported regarding crediting.

Those are the ones I'm talking about. they are marked 30sec, but actually take a lot longer. I think the timer is set for 30 seconds for each page. I can't get them to work at all in IE, or Opera, and they always freeze up in Firefox.
