Work out problems
« on: October 25, 2015, 11:18:30 am »
Started walking again recently and noticed i get pretty dizzy. I cant decide if it is visual or like a breathing thing. I get stress tests every year, so i dont see how something could suddenly be seriously wrong. Anyone else have this problem?

If you are getting dizzy after walking, you need to get to the doctor asap.

I agree, get to a doctor. Maybe something else is causing your dizziness than just walking. If it turns out to be just the walking then maybe you could try a different form of exercise.

It could be a balance/equilibrium problem.  Whatever it is though, you should see a doctor about it ASAP.

I agree with everyone regarding seeing your doctor about this, regular walking should not produce such results.

Hope you feel better soon. A doctors appointment would be a good idea. I agree with others. I don't usually get dizzy. It's been cold in my area, so I haven't been able to take walks. This last spring, I started to walk in the neighborhood.

The only time this has happened to me was when I started walking while on diabetic medication.  Because I was walking, I had lowered by blood sugar too much.  They had to take me off my medication.

Make sure to eat something before working out, like a banana or some almonds. Are you possibly anemic? Always listen to your body and don't over-exert yourself. Hope you're okay!
