Are you talking about the account profiles or survey profiles? For the general account info, you go to My Account and your information is on the boxes to the left. For survey profiles, you go to the FC Surveys page and to the left is the box that says "Profile Surveys".

Why do you need to complete the profile?

Filling out all the Profile Surveys gets a newbie 50 cents. They are basically short profiles to register for FC surveys

I have never even filled out any survey profiles.  You only get like 50 cents for filling out all of them! It does not seem worth the time.

Press my account button and on your left hand side there is section of profile and settings
