I don't believe in New years resolution's. If You want to make a change just do it whether it is a New year or not.

Yes, I am still on course with my news years resolution. I didn't start any new diets or anything that could fail me. I just simply made healthier food options easier and chose to make happier choices. My resolutions where simply to be healthier and happier by making healthier and happier options more available. So far it has been great and I have yet found a reason to not want to be happier or healthier.

I haven't made a new years resolution in years due to the fact I never would keep them.

I'm still working on 2015 resolutions, so I didn't bother to make new ones.

Yes, I made a New Year's resolution to try to walk or jog 10 miles every week and have pretty much stuck to it except for weeks that have a lot of days of bad weather or weeks I was out of town. This is 2.5 miles a week more than last year's New Year's resolution so I feel pretty good about sticking with it.

I sure did! I didn't make any and I kept up with everyone. When you get as old as I am you tend to slow down a little. OK, maybe it's just me.

My New Year resolution for 2016 is "to enjoy better health to prolong my life expectancy". And I have kept all my goals so far for this year: Eating healthier, drinking more water and exercising in moderation. The most important one is to eliminate "all junk food" in my life!

I'm also trying to jog 10/15 miles a week. Did 5 Yesterday, but it's easier here since our church has an inside track to use.

I managed to accomplish one New Year's Resolution: the complete elimination of my federal student loan. Now onto tacking the other two: paying down my private student loan debt and losing 10 pounds.
