What are some of your favorite easy foods to eat when recovering from being really sick?

omgosh ! i had it and it was awful ! finally got over it and now i have bronchitis ! and this cough is horrible !! i did alot of soups and popicles and drink sprite !! hope you feel better soon !!

I usually stick with dry toast or saltine crackers and ginger ale when I get a stomach bug.

oh no! I hope you feel better.  Whenever I'm sick, I eat chinese rice soup (jook), chicken soup, ginger ale/sprite, tea, and try to drink a lot of water.

Oh no !! I hope you get better soon. I usually eat non salted crackers when I am sick and only drink water.
