Neighborhood Parade

The most awesome thing just happened!  A parade of about 30-40 cars just slowly drove past our house with horns honking and people waving.  They were full of kids and grown ups holding up colorful handmade signs saying things like, "We love you!"  Neighbors were running out to their lawns to wave back.

I saw a video not long ago for childs birthday. So parent told parents can drive by no gifts! So cars honk their cars with signs out the window!

That's awesome. Wish something like that happened around here.

That is awesome.  On the local news, last night the showed a group of 5 friends that need it to get out of the house so they planned a get together, so they drove to an empty parking lot, parked on a circle and sat on the trunk of their vans and SUVs each with a drink and and had a get together while still practicing social distance.  I thought it was a great idea, just to get out of the house, meet with friends but still keep up with the rules.
