I pan sauté them cut in half, just a little olive oil, once the start to caramelize squeeze half a lemon over them and sprinkle it salt and pepper.

I like to either steam them or put them in with a roast and let them slow cook . The juices from the roast infuse into the brussell sprouts mmmmmmm good

Brussel Sprouts thin-sliced mixed with lemon/garlic dressing, nuts, and cranberries or raisins make a great raw salad. Pecorino cheese, optional. Carrots are nice in this salad, too.

I just put olive oil and seasoning on them and put them in the oven,its the best way to eat them to me :)

I boil them with salt and pepper, drain them and put butter on them.  I have also heard that roasted brussel sprouts are very good.  I'm going to try them one day.
