Does anyone have US Cellular with internet?

Hey, I'm thinking about getting my US Cellular phone upgraded and getting the internet, but I'd like some opinions on it first. Do they offer full internet access on their phone plans? I know I can go in and talk to a rep to get all my questions answered but I'm wondering how it works and if it works good. I'd like to be able to access my Ebay and different websites I do work on while I'm off traveling around.

Basically I'm wondering if it really is full internet access or do I get like partial websites that are hard to navigate and such. Thanks for any info anyone can share on it!
