no signup bonus

If you have already confirmed it, yet don't have your sign-up bonus, I would suggest submitting a support ticket to see what the problem might be.

Click on the support tab on the top of your screen and on that page there will be a link the says "Looking for your $5 signup bonus". Click on that and it will tell you why you don't have it yet or what you still need to do to get it.

I think the best thing to do is contact the support department and they will tell you what is what. That support button should be at the bottom of even this page. Good luck!
