Question about cashing out

I thought that if you cashed out by the 20th you'd get paid that month? What is the deadline to cash out in order to get paid the same month?

You have to cashout at least the last day of the previous month to get it the around the 20th of the next month.

So i you cashed out september 30th then you'll get your payment october 20th. If you happen to have cashed out october 1st then you won't get it until november 20th.
