Is there anything I can do about this
« on: January 27, 2012, 06:35:33 am »
I have completed several offers where I had to use my card. They were good paying offers, like 8-$10 each.

But I haven't gotten credited for them and according to the FAQ page for Fusion cash there is nothing that can be done.

Any help would be appreciated. I think that is pretty &hitty of FC if I used my card and don't get paid for their offer.

TIA!

I would try opening a support ticket.

Click on the "Support" tab at the top and then click the "open new support ticket" link.

Also it would be helpful to know how long ago you completed the offers.  If you just completed them it may take a while for them to credit.  If the amount you were to receive is a large amount sometimes they want to make sure that you are not going to sign up and cancel right away.  If you do often they will not credit for the credit will be revoked.

you stand a better chance of getting paid from those kind of problems if you send in a support ticket before it gets to old for them to be able to help you. Don't let it go for more then 5 days, if you haven't been credited by then, by all means do send in a ticket
