I am a woman whose closest friends are men.  My male friends are like brothers to me.  We don't have any problems, except when their wives or girlfriends are jealous of me for no good reason.

Yeah they can, but I think it is hard for that type of friendship to last real long.  I think that a friendship between a man and woman can be the greatest friendship that could ever exist.
