When you click for cashout and it's at...(lets say) $25....does the money you earn on offers while waiting for approval continue to go on that cashout? :-

Once you cash out you will see your balance go down to $0.0 and on your account your offers will say pending cashout. Anything that you do after your cash out will just be added to your account not your cashout amount. So after cashing out you can start up right away on the next cash out

If I remember correctly, anything that is pending has not been placed in your current total so as long as you are not counting on those to reach the $25 to cashout you should be OK, I don't think requesting the cashout will allow you to proceed if you are not at the $25 in approved offers. Then the items that are pending, once they are approved will add in to the next cashout request.

all offers have to be approved before getting added to your account for cash out.

No, after cashing out, you begin anew going towards your next cash out. That is why most members wait until the end of the month to cash out although some members like to cash out as soon as they reach the minimum no matter what day of the month it is and begin working on the next cash out.

when you cash out, you cash out for the amount you currently have and while everything gets approved your new income accrues from zero
