Do you have any pets?

I do not have a pet as yet, but I am planning to get a dog for my daughter when she becomes 10. She is so excited about the idea, all she talks about is dogs. We went out and bought a book on dogs, so she can learn about taking care of dogs...

I use to have an array of fish but keeping the acquarium clean became a hassle so when the last fish died I didn't replace them.  I'm going to get a couple of canaries in January, I'm doing research on taking care of them in the meantime.  I still like fish, so I'll get a couple to put in a fish bowl to go in the bathroom- I know, I'm weird like that, I have pillows in the kitchen lol  I'd told my kids that once I bought a home we would get a small dog.  It's getting close to that time and unfortunately they remember my promise so this time next year I may have a york terrier (may be mispelled but you know what I mean lol) or something cute like that.

I have a little doggy.  Shes a maltipoo.  I like small dogs and I guess that it because I was raised around them.  I really love cats but my cat died a couple of years ago and I can't bring myself to replace him.

I don't currently have a pet, but I used to have pet fish for a while when I was young. Several varieties including gold fish. I also wanted a golden retriever, but never got a chance to get one. I was going to get a pet newt, but I decided maybe to it wasn't the time for it and have since decided not get another pet.

I myself do not have any animals..I have asthma and figure my 2 yr old is plenty for me to have to clean up after lol but if i did have any i would like to have a small puppy that dont get real bing and does not shed..or maybe a fish lol there easy to take care of

you know there are breeds of dogs that are perfect for people with asthma now. one of them is a cross breed called a laberdoodle. they don't get as big as my 70 pound lab but they are suppose to just as good as a regular lab and good with kids too.

I used to have a min. schnauser. I had very bad allergies at the time and my allergist reccomended this breed. They are not to big  (around 25 lbs or so) but do need grooming.

Our golden retriever died back in July on the 3rd. We are still sad about it.

We have 24 chickens of various breeds. It's like having a petting zoo in our own back yard. I guess you could say we're hobby farmers who love having the eggs.

I did have a dog and a cat.  But they are both gone now.  I haven't been able to find right cat or dog to replace them with.  I miss them both.
