Not sure if they take holiday breaks from the support tickets or not. I would just give it a couple more days, sometimes they can be slow, but I know someone will eventually respond to your ticket.

I think that Fusion Cash is a small business and like most small businesses probably has a lot of end year financial matters to attend to. I also think that staff might take some time off between the holidays. I have opened several support tickets and have always received a reply back. Sometimes it took longer than other times. I would give it another week if I were you.

I have found out that, even in the brick and mortar world, trying to do business is difficult between just before Xmas and up to right after New Years.

i dont think they'll forget you.  you just have to remember the admins have families that they want to spend time with during the holidays too...i'm sure once things settle down they'll get back to you! happy holidays!

They are probably backed up a bit because of the Holidays, I would give it a few more days before attempting to submit another request.

I am wondering if FC Admin usually responds to our support tickets all year round, including during the holidays? I opened a support ticket 5 days ago (Dec 26) and haven't heard back from FC Admin yet. I just checked the status of my ticket and it's still 'open'. I've only contacted them once before...1 month ago...and that time I got a response within 2 days. Since it was Christmas just a few days ago, I am wondering if FC Admin is on 'vacation' or if they still respond to our support tickets no matter if it's Christmas or New Year's. Not quite sure what to do at this point since the support ticket I opened was about a 'Paid to Call' offer that didn't credit and I wanted FC to check up on it before it's too late and there's no longer a record of my call. Doesn't matter if I don't get credited this month or at all, I'm just hoping to get a response from FC Admin....so if FC Admin reads this post....  :dontknow: ....please don't forget my support ticket. Thank you!  :heart:

In this case it was forwarded to the Admin to review since he can look at call logs for the Paid to Call offers. This is the holidays and some of us are far from our families and this is the one time we actually travel to see them. Your ticket is not forgotten and neither are you. I will see if I can get in touch with him and find out when he is going to have solid ground under his feet.

my first support ticket was answered right away, within 24hrs.
my second was bit late, until i closed it by myself :D

I've never had a problem with support! I opened a ticket 12/28 and got a reply soon after(12/29)! I'd just stay patient, i'm sure you'll get a reply soon!  :thumbsup:

Yeah,honestly,if there's one area FC needs to work on,it's the support ticket.
