I think that Fusion Cash is a small business and like most small businesses probably has a lot of end year financial matters to attend to. I also think that staff might take some time off between the holidays. I have opened several support tickets and have always received a reply back. Sometimes it took longer than other times. I would give it another week if I were you.
I have found out that, even in the brick and mortar world, trying to do business is difficult between just before Xmas and up to right after New Years.
