Yes, it is very frustrating to devote time to a survey, thinking you're going good on it and then get told Sorry but even more so when you get all the way thru it and don't get credit!

I don't understand why I'm having to do this 5 cents thing. When before I could just like on survey thing and start doing what was listed. I think they changed things around. So I would keep trying to get paid because they are pretty good about fixing things.

I just looked and there were like 6 surveys, of course I did not qualify for any except 1.

I know it can be very frustrating.  I just completed one and didn't get credit, and there were 4 that I never received the penny for.  It happens to all of us at one time or another.  Good luck with your support ticket.

the surveys are very hit and miss as far as being credited.... I've done about 8 last days and only been credited for 1 even tho I finished them and said I'd be paid... not even getting the penny for the ones I don't qualify for... it is frustrating but I'll keep plugging on and hoping they credit us soon
