What do you mean you are in pain are you talking physical pain?  I have physical pain 24/7 I see a doctor who give me strong medications but in the winter it doesn't work as well but it relieves some of it.  why are you confused is about what you should do for your pain.  You need to see a doctor and depending on the pain you will need a referral to a Neurologist.

I think the way you worded that is a little confusing. Do you think you can expand on this a little? What are you confused about? Why are you in pain?
 Is it physical pain, emotional pain, or mental pain? What could we do to help?

I think maybe you should talk to someone. It doesn't have to be your family or friends. You can always go to a therapist because sometimes it's good to just talk. Talking is a good way of letting go of that pain. If you are confused about your pain it will also help you find the cause of that pain.

Ok  I just thought it might come off as creepy since the poster is someone I haven't interacted with but I always think it's a nice thing to say. You never know who's spirits you can lift with those three little words, kinda like a smile.

I work in the coolers at work and a coworker who started the same day I did often comes back and opens the door and hollers "I love you" to me. lol  A guy coworker was back there one day and he is like 'who is yelling they love us".  I said oh she loves me. lol  Her boyfriend works back there too.

On boards like these I see a lot of people say love ya or hugs.
