There are 172 types of noodles out there. I haven't tried all of them. Do you enjoy noodle dish for eats?  Wish I knew about the Croxetti that would of made good stories when my kids were small.  Made a dish with Manicotti oh-so good. Which noodle do you choose when you cook?

Well, ramen for lunch and spaghetti for dinner.  My subconscious must have know.  Interesting fact, Ramen was invented to feed the Japanese after WWII to fight mass starvation.  I know it sticks with me from lunchtime to 8 o'clock when I finally get home  to supper. National Noodle Day, well who would have thought there was a day for that.  176 varieties.  Guess I will have to widen my scope!

That is interesting to know that there is so many different noodles. Not a big noodle person but Happy noodle day. I do like spaghetti.
