Benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach every morning

Doesn't really taste and smell good, my husband will never get use to it and cusses everyday after drinking it LOL! But we want to be healthy so we  drink it every morning. Best to dilute it in plain water, then lemon and honey. I try to not breath while drinking it and just swallow all the way so I wont taste it much.. try it!

Apple Cider Vinegar is great for so many things.  It's good for loosing weight, used on your scalp for a complete clean.  It's also good for digestion when diluted with water.  Drinking ACV first thing in the morning helps to get rid of weight problem faster than other products.

I only take it when I have a cold, it does clear up a stuffy nose. I take it straight though. Awful for a second or two, but I can't handle downing an entire glass of water that tastes like it, LOL!

I appreciate this information.  Another drink that is alkaline is water with fresh lemon juice.  Thank you for reminding me to take better care of myself!

The best way though is to take a deeo breath first before drinking the ACV and then just swallow and swallow.. don't breath in and don't savor the taste
