Does that mean we can do something with them on our mobile phone? Can it be through fusion cash or does it need to be its own survey site?

FC doesn't currently have a mobile app. So no, you can't do Tap surveys on FC anymore.

I am on another site and their TAP research has also disappeared.

I think that TAP Research has closed down. I think they have gone out of business.
