stupid referrals

Why are 90% of my referrals are mentally challenged to the point where they can't figure out how to complete an offer and that you need $25 to cashout and that I'm not the one who's gonna pay them?  :BangHead:

cause you don't educate them about the site before you refer them here? lol i don't know if this is a serious question though hehe. :bootyshake:

I freaking explain everything and go over how everything works and then I get something like" I completed an offer for 50 cents and the money is not in my paypal account"
