Part I, subsection B, point ii says no spamming of your referral link. That's all. I'd say putting your referral link on your profile is fine, but putting it in status updates (especially multiple) is starting to go a bit too far.

You should read the TOS yourself, it takes like 5 minutes.

Basic rule of spamming is "DON'T PUT IT WHERE IT'S NOT WANTED" So  I say aslong as you are not putting it in comments. I don't think you would have a problem always check the rules in the place you want to put it. They all have different rules about this kind of thing.

# Disqualification. A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following cases:

   1. He/she violates any of the terms set forth in these Terms of Service,
   2. He/she posts his or her referral link where it is unwelcome (e.g., "spamming"),
   3. He/she attempts to exploit any vulnerability on FusionCash (e.g., "hacking"), or
   4. He/she is determined by FusionCash, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship with its advertisers.
   5. He/she posts instructions for canceling any offer, a walkthrough, or any other type of tutorial or suggestion on a website. This includes but is not limited to: instructions on completing a specific offer, suggesting an offer based solely on its payout, or including cancellation web addresses or telephone numbers.

This site's safety is pretty dependent on how smart one is, as giving some information can cause one to be harassed through spam email or multiple phone calls. If one does the offers correctly, and uses alternate emails to avoid spam bombs and whatnot, then you should be fine. Avoid phone offers though, they are bad news (read the ToS of every offer, but those specifically).
